At CITYWAVE Development, we bring together a dynamic team of coaches with extensive high-level playing and coaching experience, ranging from collegiate and university levels to the professional game.
Our coaches are skilled in working with players of all ages and levels, from youth to adult, and deliver personalized, development-focused training that meets each athlete’s unique needs.
Our academy is committed to helping players understand and elevate their individual skill sets, which leads to greater confidence, both on and off the pitch.

Join CITYWAVE for the 2026/2027 Indoor Season and take the next step in your soccer journey.
Our evaluation process is designed to provide every player with a fair and comprehensive assessment. Rather than making decisions based on a single tryout, players are evaluated over four training sessions, allowing our coaching staff to assess technical ability, tactical understanding, physical qualities, coachability, and overall potential.
Players will purchase a CITYWAVE Assessment Package, which includes four evaluation sessions, flexible scheduling, and an individual player debrief upon completion of the evaluation process.

2010-2014 Boys Tryouts
Our CITYWAVE Travel Team evaluation is designed to give each player the opportunity to be assessed over time, not on the outcome of a single tryout. Players will complete four assessment sessions, giving our coaching staff the opportunity to evaluate their technical ability, tactical awareness, decision-making, physical qualities, coachability, and overall potential.
Throughout the four-session process, our coaches will identify each player’s strengths, areas for development, and potential fit within the CITYWAVE Travel Team environment. The goal is to gain a complete picture of the player and provide meaningful feedback throughout the evaluation.
