G.I.R.L.S.

G.I.R.L.S is a program designed to uplift and empower young female athletes to reach their next level. This all-girls program provides a competitive yet fun training environment that covers various essential skills for success in soccer and beyond. We will have an empowerment Series is led by XFactor Empowerment and features inspiring guest speakers, fostering growth both on and off the field.

SMALL GROUP SESSION

THESE SMALL GROUP BLOCKS WILL BE A A HIGHLY DETAILED PROGRAM.

YOU WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO CREATE YOUR OWN GROUP TO MONITOR QUALITY CONTROL AND CREATE A ENVIRONMENT THAT WILL ALLOW PLAYERS TO DEVELOP AT THE HIGHEST LEVEL BASED UPON THEIR OWN SKILL LEVEL AND FRIENDS.

AT THE END OF EVERY BLOCK YOU WILL RECEIVE A ASSESSMENT REPORT WITH THE RESULTS OF THE VARIOUS TESTING YOU WILL PARTAKE IN DURING THE BLOCK ALONG SIDE SESSION HIGHLIGHTS THROUGH OUT THE SESSION.
